Introduction
This picture shows a scene at a beach. It is crowded with people from all walks of life. They are all engaged in various recreational activities. It may be a weekend or a public holiday.
Scenario1- Normal
A lady, wearing a pair of sunglasses, is strumming the guitar. There is a smile on her face. She must be enjoying herself. She is singing a song to a girl who is sitting at her feet. She may be the lady's daughter. (For later reference)She looks mesmerised with the music and she is clapping to the rhythm of the song. She is singing along with the lady. They are having a picnic as there is a carpet lay out with drinks and a picnic basket.
Personal Response
I feel that the girl is very fortunate as her mother makes the effort to take her out to the beach and spend time with her. This is a good way to strengthen their relationship. I wish my parents would do the same for me.
Scenario 2 - Wrong and consequence
Two children are playing a ball game. They are tossing the ball to and fro to each other. They may be good friends.
Personal Response
They are playing very near to the shoreline. They may accidentally throw the ball out to the sea. This may pose a danger if the children wade out to sea to retrieve the ball. The current may sweep them further into the sea and they may drown. I suggest that they play further away from the water.
Scenario 3 - Wrong and Consequence
A little girl is riding on a dinosaur float. She is paddling out to sea. She seems to be playing tag with a boy who may be her brother. The boy is chasing her using the butterfly stroke.
Personal Response
I feel that it is dangerous for the little girl to be wandering out to sea. She may not be a good swimmer. She may just fall from the float and drown. The boy may be too young to be able to save her. I suggest that she should wear a life jacket or a ring float to be safer. Her parents should be supervising her.
